摘要

We describe a 23-year-old man who underwent an autogenous fat injection laryngoplasty. When he returned for follow-up, he complained of a lack of improvement 2 weeks after the operation. Stroboscopy revealed a polyp-like lesion over the anterior third of the right vocal cord. It induced symptoms of hoarseness and voice breaks. He was recommended for further microlaryngeal surgery. A vocal polyp was confirmed by pathological analysis. The purpose of this article is to report an unusual complication of fat injection laryngoplasty.
