N2 - We prospectively studied 42 consecutive patients who had symptomatic sinus node dysfunction and 17 age-matched controls by measuring maximal and corrected maximal sinus node recovery times with an atrial overdrive suppression test and single-bolus adenosine administration (0.15 mg/kg). We found a positive correlation between the 2 methods, with reasonably good sensitivity, specificity, and predictive accuracy.
