摘要

With fast-paced life, insomnia is becoming increasingly severe. Therefore, based on the brief behavioral treatment for insomnia, we have designed a diaphragmatic breathing game that does not affect sleepiness. The game integrates biofeedback and sound guidance, allowing players to autonomously control their breathing and display their relaxation state within game scenes. Reducing the awakening effect caused by use of mobile phones and identify the most effective breathing relaxation pattern, which helps players achieve a state of relaxation and sleep. © 2023 IEEE.
