摘要

在我們的病例報告中，一名21歲未婚女性，沒有外傷或尿路感染病史。因爲下腹悶痛及月經量少而在婦產科求診，腹部超音波未有子宮或卵巢異常之發現，近半年來，有排尿日漸困難之現象，排尿時問延長且須要用力壓迫腹部，因而轉介至泌尿科求助。經由評估，靜脈腎盂照影顯示泌尿系統無結構上異常，進一步安排尿路動力學檢查時，由於尿管置入困難，發現患者有陰唇融合之現象，在使用雌激素軟膏後，症狀持續而未緩解，所以接受陰唇切開重建手術，患者於術後排尿症狀完全緩解，也同時改善了月經疼痛腹脹之症狀。此個案提醒我們對於排尿障礙之病患，詳細的理學檢查可以幫助早期正確的診斷，進而避免許多侵襲性檢查。
