title = "Preconcentration enhanced immunoassay for protein sensing",
abstract = "This study reports on nanobeads immunosensing technique integrated with a nanofluidic preconcentration device to develop a rapid protein biosensor with high sensitivity and high selectivity. 300 nanobeads modified with antibodies were mixed with antigen and then pumped into a nanofluidic preconcentration device. After isolating the concentrated antigens and antibody-coated nanobeads, the micro-particle tracking velocimetry was used to measure the Brownian diffusion of the nanobeads in real-time to determine the antigen concentration. From this preconcentration experiment, we demonstrated that the rapid and high-sensitivity detection of biomarker can have a detection limit of 50 pg/ml in 20 min.",
