HEPATIC ANGIOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF HEPATIC TUMORS

摘要

肝臟腫瘤主要由肝動脈供應營養，如以低速灌注大量顯影劑於肝固有動脈時，肝腫瘤及正常之肝臟組織均會接收顯影劑，而不含顯影劑之門靜脈血會把正常肝臟組織之顯影劑沖淡，肝腫瘤之顯影會變得更明顯。較小之結節更易顯現。自民國73年8月至民國75年8月，吾等共完成129個肝腫瘤病例之灌注法肝血管攝影檢查，並與傳統之血管攝影術作比較，以確定此法在肝腫瘤診斷上的價值。灌注法肝血管攝影術可幫助我們找出較小或血管供應不明顯之結節。此法可使腫瘤之邊緣更明顯，且可找出衛星或額外之結節。
