摘要

我們報告一個病例因爲在經皮置放中央靜脈導管時，不慎穿刺頸動脈，穿刺後14小時慢慢誘發嚴重上呼吸道阻塞導致最後呼吸停止，嚴重發紺，經急救無效而宣告死亡，但真正血管破裂實質情形仍無法理解。
