摘要

收集11個經手術證實為破裂性腹主動脈瘤的病例，分析其電腦斷層影像的表現。所有動脈瘤都在腹主動脈下段，直徑為4至11公分。在此11個病例中有10個病人發現有腹主動脈瘤及高密度血塊於後腹腔。在後腹內的血塊，絕大部份都在腎旁及腎週邊腔內(Perirenal and pararenal spaces)。最後一個病人，發現血塊局限在動脈瘤旁。有七個病人，發現腹主動脈壁有不清楚現像，經手術證實為破裂之部位。不過這種表現不一定代表所有血管壁有不清楚時都是該部位為破裂。
