摘要

A patient presented with new onset seizure that was caused by acute hypertension. Brain imaging confirmed the posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome. Due to 2 weeks of abdominal pain prior this presentation, further evaluation revealed that his nephrogenic hypertension was induced by acute renal artery dissection and renal infarction.
