摘要
A novel application of an acoustic plate mode (APM) sensor was proposed to monitor the processes of cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. In preliminary study, Hep G2 human hepatocellular carcinoma incubated on the surface of the electrode-less quartz plate surface showed a promising biocompatibility and feasibility of utilizing APM sensor for quantitatively cell adhesion and cell proliferation analysis in the in vitro condition.
