In 2003, Department of Health in Taiwan required TJCHA (Taiwan Joint Commission on Hospital Accreditation and Quality Improvement) to develop a {"}Taiwan Patient-safety Reporting system (TPR){"} in order to uphold safety in a medical environment and to ensure the quality of medical services. The goal of the TPR is to collect patient safety incidences and to establish a mechanism to prevent medical errors from happening. In this paper we present the design of a patient safety promulgation procedure with the concept of workflow for clinical process in nursing department in order to make patient safety reporting system more efficient between different departments in a hospital.",
