abstract = "本研究以薄膜沈積技術沉積一氮化鋁壓電薄膜於牙科植體,利用類人類成骨細胞成長於壓電薄膜所產生的壓電特性與牙科植體進行整合,期能進一步與牙科植體組裝成感測裝置,以連續監測牙科植體初期穩固度及後期骨整合程度。研究結果顯示,隨氮化鋁薄膜相變化的產生與細胞成長時,所產生的壓電特性是有助於牙科植體於整合時的連續監測及同時量測牙科植體在初期時的穩固度和後階段的骨整合程度是有助益的。",
