The limited treatment options for GBM, combined with its high recurrence rate, underscore the urgent need for the development of new targeted therapies for its medical management. By achieving the specific aims outlined in this project, we aim to elucidate the function and underlying mechanisms of ABCC3 in driving GBM progression. Additionally, we will evaluate potential strategies for targeting ABCC3. These findings could not only offer novel insights into the signaling pathways regulating GBM malignancy but also pave the way for the development of adjuvant therapies to improve GBM treatment outcomes.
