食品安全碩士學位學程

近年我國食品安全事件層出不窮，凸顯出我國在食品安全專業人才之短缺。本校為善盡社會責任，特成立食品安全碩士學位學程，以本校醫療衛生專業為基礎，跨足食品安全領域之特色教學研究，並以健康促進為核心，結合保健營養與食品科學，培育具食品安全、風險分析、危機處理之跨領域專業人才，本學程自105學年度開始招生。

本學程特點：

- 為全國第一個食品安全的跨領域碩士學位學程。

- 以本校在醫療衛生領域之基礎，支援食品安全領域之教學研究。

- 本學程之課程以公共衛生為基礎，結合保健營養之食品跨領域研究與教學，培育兼具食品風險分析專業素養之人才。
