機構簡介
微生物及免疫學科具有專業的師資與課程,研究領域涵蓋微生物學 (細菌學及真菌學)、免疫學以及病毒學。微生物學以探討細菌學、真菌遺傳學、益生菌之應用及生物醫學材料為主。免疫學以先天性免疫學、氣喘之基因治療、營養免疫及天然物或化學合成物之抗癌、抗菌、及免疫調節功能等為研究重點。病毒學以病毒至病機轉、抗病毒之免疫反應、抗病毒藥物之開發及溶瘤病毒之研究為主。學科教師除了基礎研究外,亦具有與生技產業合作之相關經驗,以期整合研究、疾病治療與生物科技,並增加學科學生之技能、就業機會與競爭力。藉由跨領域與臨床醫學之整合,培養具有微生物暨免疫研究專長之人才,或符合生技產業需求之研發人才。指紋
