組織簡介
營養學院於2016年8月1日成立，為全國唯一的「營養學院」，設有「保健營養學系(學士班、碩士班、在職專班及博士班)」、「食品安全碩士學位學程」及「營養醫學研究中心」，已規劃於2017年成立「食品安全學系」及「代謝與肥胖科學研究所」，同時擬籌組「保健食品開發產品產碩專班」及「樂齡保健研究中心」，以營養保健為重心，結合本校醫療衛生專業基礎，投入「食品安全」、「疾病營養」、「代謝與肥胖」等學術領域，朝全民健康之目標努力。
本學院院徽以國民主食稻穗排列成College的C，將代表Nutrition的N置於院徽中心，搭配不同比例組合的色塊比擬「每日飲食指南」六大類食物扇形圖，共同組成象徵圓滿之圓形院徽。
本學院並以「食得營養、食得安心，雙重把關全民健康」為宗旨，期望能培養保健營養、食品安全及代謝與肥胖科學相關人才，實行預防醫學理念，以促進全民之健康。
