Description

Figure S1. Slug is primarily modified by SUMO-1. Slug is primarily SUMOylated by SUMO-1 in vivo. Lysates of HEK293T cells were cotransfected with plasmids encoding 3xFlag-tagged Slug and different GFP-tagged isoforms of SUMO. The lysates were collected and used for immunoprecipitation with an anti-Flag antibody. β-actin was used as the internal control. The asterisk and arrowhead indicate Slug modified and not modified by SUMO-1, respectively. (PDF 99 kb)
