國家緊急應變隊動員運作模式之研究

This plan is to integrate our disaster response system and operation mechanism. At present, in the face of a disaster, the NRCC of the Executive Yuan need the cooperation of many departments for setting up a rescue plan and coordination of man power and resources. Thought this has much improved from the past, but if we can take advantage of the internet in setting up a national data base on the available manpower and resources, the resuce plan would work more smoothly and effectively. In addition, by collecting rescue operating mechanism from foreign countries and consulting opinion from experts in the various disaster field. We hope to set up a national emergency response team(NERT). And with the help of our database and computer simulation we plan to set up a standard opertating procedure for this NERT to operate immediately, reducing the injury and fatality of the disaster.
