以色列的外交政策資產－對台灣外交處境的啟示

This article begins with a brief overview of history of Israeli diplomatic relation. It attempts to discover the ”assets” that contribute for Israel's diplomatic policies for decades. Some sections bring together from prior sections, posing and answering the question of whether the ”assets” truly exist in Israel and help this small country to survive in a unique and hostile environment. According to primary analysis, we can exactly find some characters in Israel that can be defined as the ”assets” for its foreign relations- the U.S. essential ally, democratic system, Jewish country, military technology, negotiation-favored manner and attractive for the other countries in homeland security fields. I conclude with a discussion of the assets and argue the experiments of Israel in creating and applying these assets for national interests can fulfill relative theories in international relation and provide some vital lessons for Taiwan.
