The most disagreement item was ＂lecture will lead to repeat learning and waste time＂. The clinic teachers had higher satisfaction than new trainees significantly (p＜0.001). The clinical teachers from college or two-year college of technology had higher satisfaction than those from graduate school significantly. The year of clinical working and the year of teaching did not affect the satisfaction in the clinic teachers. The age, educational degree, Identity, learning course, year of clinic working, and seniority of trainees did not affect the satisfaction of training program. This study concluded that the new trainees and clinical nursing teachers should cognize that continuous or repeated clinic training course could improve the nursing skills, nursing knowledges, and the awareness of working flow for new trainees.
