Abstract
Volleyball was a competitive sport that emphasizes group cooperation. Proper arrangements for players in different locations improved the team's combat effectiveness. In order to understand the difference of physical position in special position, it was important to analyze the physical capacity of volleyball players in different positions and to test the performance of special physical fitness. In this study, 114 college male volleyball players were selected to investigate the basic information and eight special physical fitness tests to understand the physical capacity performance of volleyball players in different locations and established the material selection data. Measurements Descriptive statistics were used to analyze basic personal information, while ANOVA and MANOVA were used to understand the differences in basic fitness of players at different locations. The results found that the volleyball players in different positions have significant differences in standing long jump the rest of the project was no significant difference. Finally, the average sort to show the differences in physical fitness at different locations, sorting out the principle of selection of excellent volleyball players are as follows: Libero loose height restrictions, mainly softness and agility. Assist attackers attach importance to jumping ability and explosive power; scorer hand must be the height and agility as a priority. Outside hitter's ability to jump, explosive and agile should have excellent performance; setter's physical condition must be in the upper level, jump stability is better. Volleyball competition was fierce, thinking about training and combination of volleyball players training with professional skills, and through objective data with coaching professional experience, won with wisdom, to maximize efficiency and victory.
