Abstract
The present invention discloses a water treatment apparatus and a water nanocrystallization method. The water treatment apparatus comprises an excitation device and a container, wherein the container is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the excitation device excites the water stored in the container, such that the water molecule cluster in the water splits into at least two water molecule clusters or water molecules. With the technical scheme, the large water molecule cluster can be decomposed into the small water molecule cluster or the single water molecule so as to form the nanocrystallized water and easily be absorbed by plants.
