Abstract

As the complicated and complex situations in current markets, especially in the highly competitive electronic-commence environment, the proper customers' services become more important than before. Therefore, data mining to assist customer relationship management (CRM) is main topics in the Internet world. This paper presents to use rough sets to build-up a one-to-one service web site for electronic-commence service companies to understand the customers' desires and quickly response to customers' want and needs. That makes these companies become more competitive than their competitors. In this paper, we discuss the concepts and methods for building-up a web-based one-to-one CRM systems.
