Abstract
The early diagnosis of acromegaly has been the issue of most concern in the medical clinical. However, the characteristics of such diseases but also highlights the difficulties of diagnosis, but while science and technology, medical technology and information platform progress, but cannot change the situation. Concept of participatory design of this study, in-depth interviews with dialogue from different users as patients and physicians, in order to understand the process of illness in patients with experience with self-feelings, then the course of diagnosis and treatment of the clinical experience of physicians. Finally, these information as a reference for the construction of the key to prevention platform, hoping to construct useful for the prevention of acromegaly possible platform. The results showed that, exposing deficiencies related disorders information, while not a complete information platform will not be able to provide effective preventive mechanism, so the results of this study acromegaly prevention.
