N2 - An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. English idiom. This study presents a developed system capable of monitoring the physiological state of cyclists at all times and providing them with health management information. In the event of an accident or emergency, the system sends out a call for help to nearby people and immediately transmits GPS coordinates and a request for assistance to emergency contact persons and medical staff through GSM messaging. The most significant features of this system are that it corresponds to the concepts of preventative medicine and provides cyclists with a healthcare mechanism.
