Abstract

The synthesis, separation, purification, and characterization of the R‐ and S‐ forms of 2′‐O‐methyladenylyl‐3′,5′‐2′‐O‐methyladenosine methyl phosphonates ((AmpAm)R or s), 2′‐O‐methyladenylyl‐3′,5′‐2′‐O‐methyladenosine ethylphosphotriesters ((Am(Et)Am)Hors), and 2′‐O‐methyladenylyl‐3′,5′‐2′‐O‐methyladenosine are described.
