Abstract

n this paper the signal-to-noise ratio and impendence matching problems can be improved by integrating the micro array bio-sensing probes and a thin-film-transistor (TFT) amplifier for signal processing together, both of them are produced respectively on the flexible substrate, and thus the product can be designed and disposed relying on the profile of the living body s portion.
