Abstract
Idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia is a distinct clinical entity with a typical ECG of right bundle branch block and left axis deviation. We presented a 39-year-old man with idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia, which demonstrated change in the configuration of QRS complex during successive radiofrequency catheter ablution. We proposed that this idiopathic left ventricular tachycardia may have alternative pathways within the reentrant circuit leading to different exits.
