N2 - Prescription errors can have serious consequences, leading to harm and increased healthcare costs. Therefore, the development of Prescription Decision Support Systems (DSS) is crucial. This is a knowledge-based DSS, consisting of symptoms data dictionary, drug data dictionary, and a symptoms-drug relationship.
