Abstract

Piezoelectric energy harvesters has been receiving much attention. The decline in power of small components is driving researches in this area. The purpose of the research is to use the vibrations in the environment to power small electronic devices, replacing or reducing external power supplies and rechargeable batteries. At present, the research on piezoelectric energy harvesting system is mainly divided into two parts, that is, developing an optimized energy harvesting system structure and developing an efficient circuit for storing and generating electric charges. The relative frequency distribution of the impedance (the resonant frequency of the piezoelectric material PZT is 7 MHz), and its impedance value is the lowest at this resonant frequency. Its energy distribution profile is concentrated in the area around 1 square centimeter.
