Abstract

The adrenal glands are rarely involved with extramedullary hematopoiesis (EMH). According to our own survey of the literature, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of adrenal EMH has not been reported. We herein report a case of adrenal EMH, presenting as a large right adrenal mass with the imaging features of MRI.
