N2 - In this paper an innovative solution for delivery of CGA is described -health care information system. The purpose of this study is to integrate information technology and medical-related technologies to construct a "Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment Healthcare Information System". The systems of this paper can improve increase the timeliness and accuracy of patient care and administration information, increase service capacity, reduce personnel costs, and improve the quality of patient care in geriatric medicine. Preliminary evaluation suggests the system to be reliable, safe, efficient and appealing to clinicians.
