Involvement of chromosome No. 22 in neuroblastoma

Abstract

Cytogenetic studies on neuroblastoma tissue from a 17-year-old girl showed a single karyotypic abnormality, del(22)(q13). The relationship of this abnormality to previously described abnormalities in neuroblastoma and to other malignancies is discussed.
