Abstract

This paper describes the DNA microarray chips for disease detection and gene sequencing. It is combining imaging of DNA liquid jetting system. Its droplets are very small. It is only 50 to 60 microns. With the ASIC architecture circuit of the thermal bubble generation system, it can eject 432 DNA droplet points only 85μsec period.
