Abstract
A new human monocytoid leukemic cell line, CTV-1, was established from a patient with relapsed acute monoblastic leukemia. The characteristics of this cell line were evaluated by morphologic and cytochemmical analyses, electron-microscopy, chromosome study, surface marker analysis and a study of differentiation potential with tumor-promoting agents.
