N2 - Dibutyryl adenosine cyclic 3', 5'-monophosphate (10'7-10-6 M) augmented the response (transformation, DNA synthesis, and mitosis)of normal human lymphocytes to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. Incontrast, the response of lymphocytes from patients with lymphocyticleukemia was not enhanced.
