abstract = "In order to improve people{\textquoteright}s understanding of healthy eating, various countries have issued numerous dietary guidelines to provide guidance for their populations. However, surveys have shown that the adherence to dietary guideline recommendations is generally low among the majority of individuals. Furthermore, without assistance, the motivation to adjust their diet based on these recommendations is reduced. Therefore, for a more convenient and accurate assistance in managing diet and nutritional intake, a system needs to be developed that can calculate the daily recommended calorie intake and servings of the six major food groups according to the dietary guidelines. This system can then generate a nutritionally balanced daily menu for users to reference, allowing them to easily fulfill their daily nutritional requirements by following the provided menu.",
