The protocol was established based on the measurement of bacteria quantity on a biochip with comb-like electrodes. Gold nanoparticles coated with anti-Salmonella antibody were used to enhance the dielectrophretic property of Salmonella spp. on the biochip to facilitate the sensitivity.",
