Abstract
I am currently applying for promotion to Professor at Taipei Medical University. According to the University's new regulations, the names of the department, school, college, and university must all be listed in the applicant's affiliation in representative publications. To fulfil this requirement, I would like to make a minor revision to my affiliation in this paper as follows: Yueh-Lun Lee, Department of Microbiology and Immunology, School of Medicine, College of Medicine, Taipei Medical University, Taipei, Taiwan. I apologize for any inconvenience that this matter may cause. © 2017
