Abstract

The integration of logic function is enabling TIJ-based products to move ever further up-market. The depicted integrated circuit TIJ transducer array serves 1024 jets and includes data interfacing, jet addressing, drop generation power pulsing, and bidirectional operation. Experimental design and a new printhead multiplexed data registration system is demonstrated in the article. It is a simulation framework includes a microfluidic flow path. The controller can be easily adapted to different sizes of the ejection element without much hardware arrangement. The experimental results show that the proposed multiplexer controller can be suppressed due to the excitation of an adjacent channel noise.
