Abstract
The tobacco control programs were enforced in Taiwan, including school project, restaurant project, workplace project, military project, family project, and community project. To reduce the prevalence of tobacco use, enhance the rate of tobacco cessation, and reduce the rate of exposure to environmental tobacco smoke, the purposes of this paper aimed to discuss the needs assessment, goals and objectives setting, and the evaluation process of tobacco control program and to introduce the Program Evaluation for Comprehensive Tobacco Control Program.
