Abstract

衛教是護理人員的職責之一;隨著老年人口的增多及住院率的增加,護理人員更有機會照顧或是提供衛教給予這羣獨特的學習者。本文根攘據Rendon等人(1986)提出的影響老年人學習的六點變項:感官認知的改變(sensory perception)、學習動機(motivation)、記憶力的改變(memory)、反應時間的改變(response time)、體力/疲倦(energy / fatigue levels)、謹慎小心/嚐試冒險(cautiousness/ risk-taking)以及其他文獻資料發展出較適當的衛教策略來協助老年人學習,讓衛教發揮其最大的效果。
