Abstract

Nursing clinical competence examinations have become a central professional and corporate issue. The purpose of this study was to explore the objectivity, acceptability, comparability and justice of the psychiatric mental health nurses' clinical competemce examination. The sample of this study was psychiatric nurses who were invited in the seminars of psychiatric clinical examinations standards and strategies. Structured questionnaires were used to collect data, from which 83 subjects' data were collected. The results of this study support that the objectivity, comparability, acceptability, justice of the psychiatric clinical examinations can be effective perform and foster an evidenced-based practice approach to psychiatric clinical care.
