Abstract
Genetic testing is an essential part of precision medicine. However, there is no specific law regulating the practice of genetic testing in Taiwan. This article analyzes consumer protection related issues of genetic testing as service and product under existing law, and proposes some suggestions about future regulation on genetic testing.
