Abstract
Type 1 diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases in children. The progress of modern medicine has improved the survival of type 1 diabetes. However, the impact of disease and long-term therapy has brought about more physical and psychological problems which adversely affect the outcome of therapy. Coping skills training has been commonly used to improve the accommodation to the healthy issue in diabetic children. It has been proven effective to promote positive attitude and thus approach health. The purpose of this article was to introduce the utilization of coping skills training in diabetes subjects and provide a reference to treatment in diabetic children.
