Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe a nursing experience with a chemical burns patient. Cases result of lead sulfate and splashed his body burned an area of 3 degrees 64% chemical burn. The author talks through observation and data collection methods, found that impaired skin integrity, functional limitation of physical activity, body image disturbance, and caregiver role strain problems. During the medical team under the professional care of the wounds gradually narrowed, arrangements physical activity plans, increase physical activity and the restoration of the biggest best physical function, the psychiatrists and social workers help his wife improve communication between the two sides originally tense relations, the provision of social resources for assistance to tide over thecrisis, the return to society.
