Abstract

Pole vaulting is perhaps the most technical event in track and field. The purpose of this article was to discuss the pole vaulter low back injury occur within approach phase, plant and take off phase, inversion and turn phase, and landing phase by improper skills. This paper described a method of documentary analysis used to study examining there are relate to pole vault techniques and low back injuries. The solution would be of value to all coaches who work with or who have pole vaulters on their team.
