Abstract
Plasmacytoma is a malignant tumor derived from plasma cells. Plasmacytoma have different types: multiple myeloma attacking multiple bones, Solitary plasmacytoma localized to one bone only and extramedullary plasmacytoma arises within the soft tissues. Solitary plasmacytoma arises in the mandible is rarely seen. The article reports a case of solitary plasmacytoma of the mandible found due to massive bleeding after tooth extraction.
