Nurses are important members of the healthcare providers' team. They face the high-pressure working clinical environment in the era of modern medicine. They need to receive the coping strategies such as counseling for dealing with those pressures. Their internal resilience is built up from the effective strategies. And then people will receive the great quality of nursing care. There is useful that new nurses receive the traditional counseling consultation and regular communication with nursing managers. However, those traditional strategies provide a limited benefit. Developing a multiple and comprehensive model of consultation will raise the effectiveness for these nurses who are in this new generation. We describe the experience of an inter-professional collaboration caring model in Taipei Medical University Hospital. Especially, this new model brings the positive influences for not only nurses but also whole employees during the pandemic of COVID-19. This inter-professional team provides precision counseling-caring strategies according to the holistic screening within physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspect needs. In conclusion, our experience shows that nurses who receive this counseling-caring model get more benefits to increase their resilience and psychological safety.
