Abstract
主動脈剝離在台灣平均年發病率為5.6 / 100,000，平均患病率為19.9 / 100,000人。它是一種複雜而致死率很高的心血管疾病，手術具有高併發症及高死亡率的特色。近年來心臟外科正面臨轉型至以腔內介入性治療（endovascular intervention therapy）為主的新型態競爭，需要重大投資、新的訓練及治療策略，但同時也為主動脈剝離的治療帶來新的曙光。
